Almond Cooking Wood is a California favorite with its smooth nutty flavor and lots of heat. Often used in Pizza Bread Ovens and Open Flame Grills because of its great coaling properties and long burn time. A very universal Cooking Wood best with Red Meats, Poultry and most Vegetables too.
