OAK WINE BARREL WOOD CHIPS

Made from used oak wood wine  barrels.  The smoke will have a strong burgundy- cabernet flavor.  Is good with most food you would use red wine to cook with.  This smoke might overpower some of the lighter foods.  All beef and veal are great.
